We have started to rotate courses for the Logan Co. meet. This year it's at the Ohio Caverns. Races start at 4:45 p.m. Said - I know you love the Caverns so I thought you might be interested.

I do remember you running at the Caverns in high school and you seemed to hold your own. I'm getting old!

If ya want to know 609's times at the Caverns, I'm sure I could dig em up. haha! No doubt, I wish Ohio had more challenging courses like the Caverns. It's one of the best out there.

^^^^^^Our top 3 have stayed the same but 4-10 have changed every meet. We're going to need a good pack because we don't have a standout front runner
