I am debating keeping Josh Cribbs as my 16th keeper in my fantasy league on a whim. We don't count return yards & TDs, so throw that out the window.

How much time on offense will Cribbs play this year? Give me your ballpark predictions ... Is 700 total yards (rushing and receiving) and 4-5 TDs too lucrative a forecast?

He has drastically improved his route running so I do expect him to play a bit more at receiver. He had over 500 yards rushing & receiving with 2 TD's last year. I expect the yardage to increase but not sure about the TD's.

wow 16 keepers, thats a lot. Since you have so many keepers I would say he is risky but has a ton of upside. I would anticpate him being fairly involved on the offense, but nothing more than the teams 4th wr. However, he will be running the ball as well as a possibility of throwing TDs like Randle El did with the steelers a few yrs back.

Not many better options for a 16th keeper in a 16-team league, with 24-man rosters once the draft is completed. My other options are Donte Stallworth, Deon Butler, and maybe a kicker like Neil Rackers.

Stallworth, if he stays healthy, could be an under the radar type player in the Rats offense. Of the four you mentioned, Cribbs would be the best bet. Rackers is an inconsistent hack. I didn't look at his stats but it seems like every time I turn the TV on to a non-Browns game I arrive just in time to see Rackers shank a key FG.

I hate the guy, but Stallworth may be the best move. I def see him providing more than Cribbs when it comes to WR numbers. That is crazy you are playing a 16 keeper league. 24 man roster with 16 teams. Kind of interesting at the same time. Definitely tests your football knowledge.

Keep Cribbs. If he manages to find the endzone early on in the season off a wildcat formation, it might become a go to formation in goalline situations. He could have 1 or 2 TDs this year, but could also have 5+.

The only Browns player I'd give any consideration for a fantasy team is Jerome Harrison. And even him, you have to be really careful that he doesn't get platooned like he probably will.

If Neil Rackers wins the starting kicking job for Houston (he will obviously rack up crazy points), should I keep him over Cribbs?

LMAO at a kicker question in fantasy. No, kickers are worth squat and should only be drafted with last pick.

Don't listen to this turd goblin. Obviously he doesn't read the news but rather trolls chatrooms instead. Anywho... Stallworth is gonna be out with a foot injury for at least 2 months. I would say if you wanna get risky, go for a young player with alot of upside, draft that WR Cruz kid from the Giants, or dexter mccluster RB/WR for Chiefs who will act like a percy harvin, or Demaryius Thomas for the Broncos. He's injured right now, but when he gets healthy, much like Miles Austin for the Cowboys, hes a long ball receiver. If they turn out to be doing well, you can always trade him for somebody more consistent. Ciao!!

From what I have seen with the Browns 3 preseason games, Cribbs is going to be on the field a lot more than he was in the past. Coaches have been complimenting his improvement in route running, and have been raving about his ability to make tough catches. If Delhomme plays anywhere close to as good in the regular season as he has in the preseason, I think Cribbs could have some value. And they haven't shown any of their Cyclone and Flash packages, yet.

Mantooth posted on Facebook last night that the #1 pick in one of his live fantasy drafts was CJ Spiller. Wes ended up with Purple Jesus at #4. I almost pissed myself when he said someone took Spiller at #1.

Oh yeah, I am a Browns/Cribbs fan, but still a troll? Nice fail. Also, Stallworth was injured after the fact I posted that. Another nice fail.

I saw that. Apparently someone in his league knows nothing about football, but did see part of that Bill-Bengals preseason game from last Saturday. Man, Spiller looked great on a few plays there...he's UNSTOPPABLE!!!!

Spiller is gonna be good but I don't think he's "#1 in a fantasy football draft" good just yet.

In this 16-team league where 16 players are kept going into the season (and NO rookies can be picked up as free agents, until after draft day), several teams keep kickers instead of a 6th WR or some scrub. You are telling me that good kickers don't fall into the top 256 players in the NFL? (16 teams x 16 keepers = 256) ...

Sonofanump;467182 wrote:What's the point of 16 keepers, do you guys even have a draft?

We do have a draft, which lasts 8 rounds. Rounds 1 and 2 are always rookies, unless some clown drops a good veteran, which is rare. The rest is spent on projects, backups, etc. I have been fortunate the past three years, drafting Adrian Peterson, Ray Rice and Kenny Britt in the 1st round each season. I have never missed the playofs in my 9 years in the league, yet still haven't won the big one!

Ok.... being a Browns fan does not exempt you from potentially being a pedobear. Additionally, I used troll in that sentence as a verb/slang meaning- browsing internet sites creepily- Sorry sugarbuns! I didn't call you a troll. READING COMPREHENSION FAIL. Secondly, by you giving out incorrect information means you are the one who is a FAIL. I'm just here to clean up your mistakes. Learn to live in the moment Mr B & W picture. XoXo

Yeah a pic of Clay Aiken and a cat is much better... You probably shouldn't use the word troll on an internet forum especially after you try to insult the person. Also, what incorrect information did I give? I gave no information, I just gave my opinion. Nice FAIL.

Stubbornness for this one i can see...ugh.... I'm holding a wire terrier which is a dog, not a cat. Seeing FAIL. Final comment of the day, coming from a homosexual, I think your pictures of a man, a grunting one!, grappling onto another man and having his flabby buttocks looking at me through my computer screen is alot more flamboyant than a picture of myself holding a puppy. Being a man FAIL
