Depends how September goes, but it's Price's to lose I think.

Price or Sabathia right now IMO
Minimal edge to Price
Lee will have to get within 3 wins of the others to be considered IMO

Lee, has been the best and numbers wise (especially the "smaller" numbers) he is just filthy. Like over 85% of batters with 2 strikes record an out, and that filthy BB/K ratio.
That said, I think it goes Price, Sabathia, Lee right now. IF neither get to 20, and Lee can be within 3 wins (highly unlikely), he should get it. Otherwise it will be Price then Sabathia assuming numbers stay relatively the same.

If Lee started the season with the Rangers, this wouldn't even be a discussion.

The same Lee that gave up 8 ER in 5 2/3 to the Orioles today?
The same Lee that pitches horribly in Rangers park?
The same Lee that gave up 4 HR in today's game?
The same Lee that gave up 10 hits in 5 2/3 today.
The same Lee that is now 10-7?
The same Lee that pitched in pitcher friendly Safeco for most of the season and now has an era of 3.09?

I'll go with Price and even though I'm a Cliff Lee fan, Ironman is right, he has not been that good since going to the Rangers.

Overreact much? lol..I think its Price as of now but its not like Prices numbers blow Lees away.

Well before that outing I stand by my statement about Lee, but lol at I92's post, especially because before he edited it, it was only 1 line.

The fact that one of his worst stadiums to pitch in is the Rangers park.....how would pitching there all year help that?
You must've assumed had he been on the Rangers all season that his record would be far more to what it probably should be.......but his ERA would go way up......which was part of his dominance even before th awful Orioles game.
