if you ever have to do a fundraiser, im sure if you actually show us where the money is going people would be glad to chip in a few bucks each to cover some costs.
i don't think you would need to provide incentive but on other boards ive seen things like a bigger avatar or more PM space used as incentives for those who donate.

I noticed some lag about half an hour ago, figured it was just bandwidth being hogged up by everyone jumping over from JJ at once. Also, you may want to alter the time that the NFSW threads expire (if any do at all) because all that T&A being viewed will certainly clog up the tubes that are your internets.
