Those migraines are going to severely hinder his career. Hope he's OK after this one.

He's going to have a very short NFL career, imo.. It's a shame because he's very talented.

A guy in our FF league drafted him in the 3rd round.. We all kind of laughed and this is why.

Idk why this would be the end of his career or make him have a short career. You can play with severe migraines, ask Terrell Davis.

7 years for an RB back then when the carries were not split, is a pretty average number of years to play

I don't think anybody said this was it for him. I just think his career is going to be short.

If you have Miigraines to the point that you pass out, that's not a good sign. He's already missed some time with the problem as well.

No one said that is what we said. We are simply saying this is a sign for things to come.

I would consider Terrell Davis' retirement, and early retirement.

Feel bad for Harvin. I think he can be a star in this league.

It's too bad......not sure him playing very long will be worth it at all.

Are the migraines a result of football being a contact sport or something that just happens to him randomly? If it's football related, I don't see him lasting too long. If it's just something random, he might be able to play for as long as he wants, as the same thing would happen if he had a desk job as well.

No way.

The average NFL career is 3.5 years. 7 years is a solid career.

I wonder if Dave is going to come on here and laugh since he laughed at Tebow's injury too.

Unless return yards can get you a good amount of points then I would laugh too. That is the only reason worth taking Harvin that high. I do feel bad for the guy though hopefully things can get better because he is one of those guys I like watching play.

Wait...

You're arguing with me while agreeing with me? Or did you quote the wrong guy.

You can't compare a star to an average NFL player. With this logic do you feel that Jim Brown and Barry Sanders didn't retire early?
