Are you logged in the Chatter all day (running in the back ground) of your computer with other programs open?
Or
Do you just log into The Chatter at a particular time during the day?
Or
Like me I log in and out several times during the day because I’m at different computer and or locations with a laptop?

I don't just leave it running, but I clicked that little box so I've only logged in twice: the first day and the day we got the new software.

apparently the site on my computer has an auto log out feature cuz after like 10 minutes of inactivity I have to sign in again

I'm the only one who ever uses my computer so I never log out of really any sites; minus my financial accounts

It's not always up but I just leave it logged in

If my laptop is pen, I am logged on. Only time its not open is if I am not at home. If I am at home, I am logged in.
