Regardless of this recent video that Yahoo! picked up, which is still pretty damn impressive no matter if he uses a bit of his arm for lift or not, Miles is definitely coming into his own. If he can prove to be a consistent inside presence offensively and provide half the rebounding prowess Brian Zoubek exerted last winter, Duke will have a serious shot at winning back-to-back titles. That shot depends greatly, and most of all, on the progression of the Plumlee brothers.

Success also depends on staying healthy. Just ask Painter, Izzo, Boeheim,or Huggins.

Someone actually made this a topic? Something that has been done time and time again over the years? yawn...

Someone actually made this a front-page Yahoo! news story, too. It just goes with the territory of being defending national champion, and considerable favorite to do it all again 12 months later.
