Levi Porter of Waterford looks to have a good season.Starts this year in Hemlock.

I'll be over at the game tonight. Not sure what to expect. Miller looked pretty solid in the two scrimmages I was at. I'm glad both teams get to start the season with similar sized opponent. There's nothing worse than walking on the field week 1 knowing that you have little to no chance of winning

Haven't seen a score yet - not on my local news.

EDIT: Ok, nevermind. Waterford 40 Miller 20 - is that right? (Never can tell with WTAP.) If so, I'm surprised the Waterford offense put that much up, even against Miller.

Yup went to Miller. That was the final. Waterford had a simple game plan but it worked. Just gashed Miller

How'd # 71 for waterford ( or the line in general) look???

That's my nephew and I've never seen him play varsity. #shame.

Is he a real short kid? They had an o-lineman that was like 5' 6", I don't think I've ever seen an o-lineman built like this kid...

I was posting from my phone last night, so I didn't really want to type any more then I had to. Basically to me and the guys I was watching it with... Waterford saw the same thing we saw. Each time Waterford lined up they had a 1 or 2 man advantage on a side of Miller's defense (not sure why Miller never adjusted). But Waterford would scope out that advantage and run right at it every single time.

It was a barn burner in the first half Miller's QB Gill had a real nice 1st half, he made one of the best runs I've ever seen down the sideline, but Waterford seemingly answered everytime Miller scored. Then in the 2nd half Waterford adjusted to Gill's running and just shut us down. The 2nd half Waterford only stopped itself from scoring, we had no answer for their running game.
