Mark Sanford, the Governor of South Carolina, is facing ethics charges on 37 counts of using his office for personal financial gain, and now it has been announced that a hearing will be held tomorrow on a resolution to impeach Governor Sanford.

Wow, talk about a major fall. Sanford was once a shining star among the "younger" group of possible GOP Presidential hopefuls, and now he is on the verge of being impeached as Governor. He had such a bright future, not to mention his wife and children, and he threw it all away for an affair with a woman in another country. It is really quite sad.

I didn't say that he shouldn't be reprimanded or impeached or hanged etc. Just commenting on how an otherwise reasonable man like Sanford would contradict all of his principles for a succubus. I would much prefer taxpayer money being used to pay for tag teams of coked out hookers.
