The Bengals will honor Jovante Woods and his family with a moment of silence before tonight’s preseason game against Denver

Actually...it said he passed out on Wednesday from the asthma attack, and didn't die until Saturday. In fact...according to the article he wasn't even at practice when he passed out. It says he practiced Wednesday morning...passed out later that day...then died Saturday in the hospital.coyotes22;452041 wrote:It didnt say he died at practice. Just later that day.

Well, you are right.
The point I was trying to make is, I really dont think that a lawsuit is viable. And i dont think the Woods family is thinking that right now either. Im sure Mr. Woods knows the risks involved with playing football.
Still sad to hear tho.

Law suit?? If he had asthma why didn't he have an inhaler with him. Why should someone else be responsible.
