Great on the Chappelle Show but his stand up is not that funny. Went and saw him this past Friday night while up in Ohio at the funny bone in Levis Commons, Perrysburg and was disappointed. At 29 bucks a ticket I was expecting alot better. His opening act though was great, his stage name was Freeze Love I recommend checking him out if you like stand up.

I've heard him on Stern several times. I've never seen his stand-up act...but I do think he is funnier than his brother. At least from what I've heard on the 101.

If you get a chance...listen to him on Stern sometime. I will wager just about anything that your opinion changes.

And yes...Eddie was funnier in his earlier years...but I still think Charlie is funnier.

Sonofabitch, I thought I saw you there, wasn't sure that it was you though.
I was literally sitting right next to the stage, left side, with a group of 10 guys.

Agree though, he wasn't that great and the guy yelling CHARLIE MURPHY was annoying as hell.
Freeze Love was great.

Eddie Murphy is much funnier than Charlie.
What has Charlie done other than Chapelle?

Eddie has become more disney oriented but it's still more than what Charlie has ever done.
If you don't believe me watch his standup "Delirious" and "Raw"

There were about 4 - 5 people in the sections behind us that were wasted and be being loud so the staff kept taking people out back there.
