No, it's not....Tell me what actual evidence they connected to Ben, a witness or physical evidence to corroborate her claim. We'll be waiting. You do realize how extremely low the threshold for an arrest is in cases of sexual assault? That there was no arrest speaks volumes.

Hey gut - Where there's smoke there's fire and this was the second time something like this happened so in my mind guilty as charged. Plus that civil case is still going on so he may be found guilty yet.

I always laughed when Findlay became a "Steelers" town after Big Ben got drafted by them. It sucks hes a pretty big tool tho his mom has always seemed really nice any time I've talked to her.

If he's THAT pissed off at Findlay....He probably won't go back there, right? If so, that greatly reduces the chances of women, men, or barnyard animals getting forced to perform sexually against their will.

If only "in your mind" meant anything. But it doesn't, so until something that actually possesses meaning proves him as guilty, I'll stick with the "he's a drunk idiot, but nothing more" description of Ben.

Duh! One guy made a public spectacle of leaving his close-to-home pro franchise. The other changed what he publicly lists as his hometown. It doesn't take MENSA certification to tell that one will take more criticism than the other.
