Anyone else like this game show. I love it. Ben Bailey is awesome. Anyone know anybody who has actually gotten in the cash cab in NYC?

I'm a fan. If I ever make it back to NYC I'm only going to get into minivan cabs in hopes that I will end up in the Cash Cab.

Love it. I used to watch it every day. I think the key to doing well is having multiple people with you in the cab since you can confer with them.

Is it just me or are these questions equally as challenging as Jeopardy?!

In my opinion Jeopardy questions really aren't that challenging because they almost always put a ton of clues into the "answers". I can usually get about 2/3 of them right. The Jeopardy contestant test, however, is ridiculously hard.

As for Cash Cab, I hate when Bailey does his stupid acts right when the people get into the cab. I do like the show, though.

That would not bother me. We'd spend it all on beers when he dropped us off anyways.

Next time I watch I'm going to pay attention for the cab's medallion number so I know exactly which one it is

Not inluding the 40,000 private cabs in New York, there are 13,000+ yellow cabs operating in NYC daily. You probably have a better chance of getting hit by lightening then ever being selected, but I admit, that would be sweet!

I like the show, but it seems as if it's kinda set-up. The more intelligent people seem to get the tougher questions, and the less intelligent the easy questions. The questions are all over the map from ride to ride.

It's definitely set up! There is a dude with a camera sitting in the front passenger seat, and the driver is American ... two dead giveaways right there! :P

I haven't read that article so I'm not sure what it covers, but the cost for this show has to be minimal. They could record a whole season in a day, two max.

Yeah, it's staged for the most part. Fake money too. That link is probably the same one I read a while back.
