Moeller will be playing as much as someone in the front 7, who will be sitting when OSU uses their "Star" defense, which is about 60% of the time. Moeller is the "Star", a LB/DB hybrid.

The first string is pretty much dead set. 2nd is up for grabs at a lot of places.

2nd string/3rd string guesses

QB: Guiton or Bauserman - From what I have read Bauserman has a slight edge, will probably get the nod based on senority, if Pryor got hurt he would have a short leash me thinks.
RB: Herron/Berry or Hall or Hyde - 3rd string RB is the most interesting competition this year
WR: T Wash
WR: G Schwartz or C. Fields
TE: Freagal
LT:Miller
LG:Longo
C: Mewhort
RG: C. Smith (that guy is still around?)
RT: M. Hall

DE: Thomas
DT: Goebel
DT: Hankins - I have heard he has been most impressive this year, not sure if he would make the 2 deep or not
DE: Fellows

LB: Sweat
LB: Bell
LB: Klien

CB: Howard
CB: Evenge

S: Moeller - Moeller is 1st string at the star position from what i've read
S: Gant

I've heard Hankins has been very impressive but with his body type and the current heat, he can only go a few plays at a time.

Those back ups look really good. I'd take Berry over Herron but Herron has the seniority that Tressel values.

One minor concern is that I've read Stoneburner has been our 4th WR in some sets, don't like having the TE has our #4. A young WR has the possibility to step up.

I hope Berry gets some playing time. I've been looking forward to seeing him in action for a year now.

Stoney is a big target with sure hands and speedy for a tight end. For me him lining up as the 4th WR will be great and will only create mismatches if anything, fields and swartz bring the same thing (without the mismatch) but with no real punch. Unless you get a guy like Louis, Brown or Jackson who have the breakaway speed, (none of which are ready yet it seems) you won't get anything more from the 4the WR anyway. I think I read the DBs say Corey Brown2 has been hardest to cover of any WRs in workouts over the summer...

I would also take berry and hall and hyde most likely over Herron.

My biggest fear is T wash has the case of the stone hands again and we have to play schwarts or fields as the 3.

I think Taurian Washington would have to be pretty bad to play himself out of the #3 wideout spot.
