Preface:
10 team League
Each team has to keep 2 Keepers
Team A's Keepers are Larry Fitzgerald and Frank Gore
Team B's Potential Keepers include: QBs Joe Flacco, Matt Cassel, RBs Matt Forte, Kevin Smith, WRs Terrell Owens, Vincent Jackson, Braylon Edwards
Team A Receives 4th Round Draft Pick (38th Overall) from Team B
Team A Receives 5th Round Draft Pick (43rd Overall) from Team B
Team A Sends Randy Moss, NE WR to Team B
Team A Sends 7th Round Draft Pick (66th Overall) to Team B
Thinking is... Team B receives Moss who could be a Keeper (better than anyone Team B currently has)... Team A is losing Moss due to re-drafting... Team A gains some compensatory picks.

If team A is going to keep Fitz over Moss then why not do the trade and get some early picks for him? It's a little less since I think you should try and get a 3rd round pick for him but I'd still take the extra 4th and 5th round pick to trade Moss and my 7th round pick.
