What is inaccurate about this Cover story?

Has there ever been less excitement for a player's 600th home run? I live in New York, and not even Yankee fans really give a shit all that much. Now if Jeter ever comes close to Pete Rose's hit record, forget it, this place would be a zoo.

Never said it wasn't inaccurate, just a bush league move on the paper's part. The guy reaches a huge milestone and that's a bullshit, classless way to handle it, regardless of what you think about the fact that he admitted to doing steroids when everyone else in the game at the same time was doing it as well

This sells more than any other cover wouldve. Its not bush league if they report true stuff. You can make the argument that they would have been giveing a fuck you to anyone who is clean past or present or to baseball in general with a cover congratulating him.

A.) Saying he "admitted" to doing steroids is a little misleading. He was caught using steroids after years of lying about how he didn't, never would, etc. then finally weaseled an apology out AFTER being caught, blaming it on how much pressure he was under at the time.

B.) Source that everyone else in the game was using steroids?

It doesn't make it ok but I hate the fact he's being singled out when in fact others did what he did as well. Of course, I guess as the only active player out of who I mentioned it makes him the most relevant

How is he being "singled out"??? The other people you mentioned and a FEW more went thru way worse stuff than A-Roid has.

Lalwz. A-Rod has gotten off stunningly easy compared to the others who have been caught.
