Is it ok to scout Foundation Games? I know there is an uwritten rule about not scouting scrimmages but what are your thoughts on scouting these games?

No problem IMHO. Just don't expect to get into the game for free. They usually are for charitable purposes.

Yea its played like a real game and open to the public as long as you pay you are welcome to scout away.
