I don't know if its in that story or not but he also said he doesn't expect Notre Dame to be a player in future expansion talks...

I would like to see the title game take place at Soldier Field.

I would rather see it played indoors at that time of the year, so that the weather can't ruin the Big Ten's showcase game.

I love Delany's vague answers to shit...
He always is noncommittal and gives half-assed answers to everything, then 2 days later what everyone and their mother knew was going to happen usually goes down. Who does he think he is fooling?
He always had that "we're on a timetable" thing for expansion, even after the PAC-10 started messing around, then 48 hours later Nebraska is a member.
With this, he's like "we think we'll have a title game, and 48 hours later the thing has a location and everything.
Don't get me wrong, he's been a good commissioner, he's just amusing when you put a microphone in front of him and start asking questions.

I saw on Sportscenter that the location will be in Indy.
