Rumor has it that he's homesick (for Kansas of all places) and will likely end up at KSU. I guess his brother pulled the same stunt a few years back

Disagree, though he does need to man up and meet w/ the coach. He's a kid, and it's not like he's out there getting arrested and being a nuisance. Dooley and Bryce Brown met last Saturday. Both people have acknowledged the meeting. Brown didn't ask to be released from scholarship at that time and claims that Dooley asked him not to tell anyone they talked.
