Going to do the Pink Jeep thing, the Grand Canyon ect. Anything else I should do/go while I'm out there that anyone would highly recommend. Good food/wineries/hiking/golf places you have experienced would also be much appreciated.

Sedona is a beautiful place to visit. It is known for its Vortexes. Pockets of energy which many believe to be spiritual in nature. If you enjoy hiking/spirituality. Then take some time to explore the Vortexes. http://www.lovesedona.com/01.htm

I went hiking in Sedona with my family around five years ago and I definitely felt the energy.

My sister lives there. You will love it. But rent your own jeep from Barlow Jeeps and cruise around the Red Rocks on your own instead of being held captive in one of the Pink Jeep tours. Barlow provides the trail maps and you do the driving...much more fun. Also take in Grasshopper Canyon just north of town - great place to cliff jump into some really cold river water.

Painted desert or the petrifried desert or am I in the wrong area? Remember my dad grabbing like a 2 foot piece of wood and this ranger freaking out but I was prob 7 or 8 so I'm a bit fuzzy.

Go up the road just a few miles to Slide Rock Park. Like the name, it is very slick and the water is very cold, no matter how hot the weather is that day. Not to ruin your trip - but watch out for taranchalas and scorpions.
