Tough game tonight for a very efficient pitcher
only went 1 1/3 innings and threw 69 pitches.....41 in the 1st inning

The A's beat him around pretty good today. If Pierre didn't make that catch with bases loaded in the 1st he may not of even got out of the 1st. I would still take Freddy as a #5 pitcher (now #4 with Peavy on the DL).
