Imagine if that was the other way around what would happen to that candidate!!MADISON, Wis. – A legislative candidate from Wisconsin can't use a profane, racially charged phrase to describe herself on the ballot, an election oversight board decided Wednesday.
Ieshuh Griffin, an independent running for a downtown Milwaukee seat in the state Assembly, wants to use the phrase, "NOT the 'whiteman's b----.'"
But the state's Government Accountability Board voted to bar that wording, agreeing with a staff recommendation that it is pejorative and therefore not allowed.

I think the ACLU should step in. This is a OBVIOUS assualt on his 1st Amendment Right of free speech. I mean, if Rick Glen Strandlof can proclaim himself as a war hero, and get backed by the ACLU, this case should be a slam dunk!!!

She had the majority of the board for her. They board voted 3-2 to let her put that label on the ballot. But she needed 4 votes
