All i know is that's where Johnny Cash got arrested back in the day. Went down to buy some feelgood pills and came back with the 5-0 lol.

Been there. It's crazy after the sun goes down, we didn't hang around. Quick stop at a market and lunch then back to El Paso.

Maybe if we put a huge sign in El Paso over each bridge that read "es peor por aquí!" They wouldn't flee north and they'd stay down there? hahaha

Never made it there. Some friends of mine did when we were TDY in New Mexico. I heard they had a good time.

Johnny was overtaken there after he shot that bad bitch down with his loving .44 while on a cocaine bender. Oh yeah, and when he was arrested he was dressed in black.

I've been in El Paso a couple times-they always told me not to go to Juarez. A story they (Hewlet-Packard people) told me was that one of the guys they were training one time drove his Cadillac to Juarez to do some shopping. Apparently you can get good boots real cheap there....but his Caddy was stolen. He got it back a year later. I guess the police chief saw it and liked it so he took it and drove it for a year. Gives you an idea of the law enforcement in the town.
