Florida may have to vacate the victory because Maurkice Pouncey broke the simplest rule in college football to follow by receiving 100,000 from an agent between the loss to Alabama and the Cincinnati raping.

This would be horrible. I'm a Cinci fan, but no one wants to win a game this way!

The winner of the Sugar Bowl does not change in this situation; Florida just vacates their win. So in essence there is no Sugar Bowl winner for last year.

There is an equal payout of $17.5M per team regardless of a win or loss.

Correct and correct. Cincinnati would get to list themselves as a participant in the Sugar Bowl, but would not list a winner, loser, or score in their record books.
