Since the voting was so close between the Phoenix and Longaberger on the location vote and because the latest thread had low voting totals so far I decided to scrap that thread and re-vote based on date. Vote on the date that works best keeping in mind that the two dates in September are for the Phoenix and the date in October is for Longaberger.

I will now vote for October even though it will prevent me from making decent tips if I drive the beer cart since it will be too cold to show off the girls :P

Just kidding. But yeah Sept 18th is a definite no since we have a wedding. If you decide on the 11th I'll likely scrap the tailgate and still come but I'll help with anything you need regardless.
