I understand dropping Wisky, but out of the out of the Top 25 after losing to an 8 win team? That is a huge drop.

They dropped 13 spots for a 2 point loss to an 8-4 team on the road. Pretty ridiculous. That's why it doesn't mean much when you talk about how many ranked teams did someone beat or play.

I would put USC a little higher as well... they have fallen far.

Wisconsin shouldn't have been ranked that high to begin with. Their schedule isn't that strong, they failed to come within single digits of the two best teams on their schedule and the best win they have right now is between Michigan State, Minnesota and Purdue.

That is true, but how often do you see a team lose by 2 points to an 8 win team and drop 10+ spots.

I'd put Iowa ahead of Penn St, since they did beat them, and put Oklahoma St. ahead of Iowa. Other than that, I like the polls.
