i'll go days with 4-5 then i'll get one day with 10. then back to 4-5

Probably 8 on average. But, a lot of nights only 5 or 6. Some nights I get to snooze for 10 (usually after several nights of 5 or 6)

I've been sleeping a little longer the past few weeks as the reality of retirement begins to hit me. I suppose I get around 6 to 7 hours now.

5 or 6 on most nights. If I have absolutely nothing going on the next day I can sleep for 8 to 10 but that is rare for me

That's how I am at times.. For instance, on Sunday after going two straight nights of 4 hours of sleep on Friday and Saturday, I slept for about 11 hours...

Probably about 5 hours or so a night. And that is even broken up because I wake up constantly. Needless to say, sometimes I'm bitchy :)
