College GameDay will now be three hours long with the first hour (9:00am-10:00am) being on ESPNU and the tradition two hours (10:00am-12:00pm) remaining on ESPN.
Erin Andrews will also be part of the GameDay crew doing interviews and special features, as well as serving as the sideline reporter for the game hosting GameDay if it's an ABC/ESPN game.
ESPN Radio will also simulcast the TV GameDay live, and the radio GameDay crew that reports on ESPN Radio throughout the day will now travel with the TV version of the show.
I've always thought that two hours was about as long as they could stretch this show so I'm not sure what they're going to do with an extra hour. Since it's going to be on ESPNU and not ESPN I'm going to guess that the regular guys (Fowler, Corso, Herbstreit, Howard) won't appear much on the first hour and the it will be mostly story driven and now involve a ton of analysis.
