It was cool to hear what Tressel and Ochocinco did.
Hearing that Kernich was a huge Buckeye fan, Ohio State University football coach Jim Tressel called his hospital room Friday and they put the phone to his ear, according to Kelley Kunkle-Grody, a Fairborn parent who has known Kernich’s parents, John and Sherry, for 30 years.
Cincinnati Bengals star receiver Chad Ochocinco called Kernich’s room Saturday night, unaware that Kernich had died, and spoke to his mother, she said.

Tragic. And all of it over a car that pulled out too close to people.
I understand the concept of protecting one's honor and all, but getting into a life-ending fight over something so stupid just isn't worth it.

Yea, I hope those POS die. Kent is sketchy sometimes, my buddy also got jumped there, from behind, by a group of 3 black males. They left him to bleed on the sidewalk and luckily someone called the fuzz. Never found the guys. Luckily he was ok, its very sad that this kid didn't make it.

It's not like the attack prevented the victim from being able to move his head/eyes in a direction to see the attackers.

How is it bigotry pointing out the race of the attackers. And he probably saw them while they were kicking him on the ground.

And if the poster before me hadn't posted pictures of the ones from this crime I wouldn't have pointed it out either. The thing is there was a string of them happening a couple years ago and the demographics were the same. If you have a problem with me pointing that out, so be it.

Don't really care about the race of the people that did this, just hope that they are punished justly, and the family of the victim feels that justice is served enough to aid in coming to peace with this terrible tragedy.

And this is a terrible tragedy. I hope those guys get what they have coming to them--not death, but worse. Congratulations guys, you're going to go to prison for smacking some guy around that YOU almost hit with your car. Was it really worth it? Black, white, purple or some color Crayola hasn't invented yet--it doesn't matter, a POS human being is a POS human being.

what I was saying is you don't know who started the fight. if the those kids started it and you get your ass whoped or even killed well thats your own fault. if the kids driving the car did it just to be hard asses well then ya hang em.
