Big showdown this Friday between two teams that have made a lot of improvement this year. What do you guys think? Do the Bobcats take care of business at home?

Yes. Ohio is 8-3 and Temple is 9-2.

I'll definitely try and catch this one. This will probably be a DVR game though.

Should be a dandy. Hope Peden Stadium is a sellout.

Going to be hard to do on Black Friday at 11 in the morning. I'd be pleased with 10,000 and that is stretching it.believer wrote: Should be a dandy. Hope Peden Stadium is a sellout.

Great year for the Bobcats so far. But Temple should handle them pretty easily. Temple and Central Michigan are the class of the conference this year.

Lots of folks have the day off and should try to go to this one. But I don't think they ever get a sellout crowd at Ohio U. If the ball bounces the right way OU can win. Both good teams, mistakes will be key as always.

OU should be in a bowl, win or lose. MAC has three slots. CMU and the winner of this game should get in, but the loser should be the frontrunner for the third spot. OU's only conference loss (to Kent) won't come into play, as they have three conference losses and currently aren't bowl eligible. The second place team in the West, Northern Illinois, was just beaten by OU.

http://espn.go.com/blog/ncfnation/post/_/id/14123/ohios-scott-making-the-most-of-his-opportunity
Scott rehabbed throughout last year and got himself back on the field in the spring. By the time fall camp rolled around, Scott was back in the competition for starting quarterback with Boo Jackson, who had taken his spot a year before.
Ohio coach Frank Solich admits that he was leaning toward Jackson as the starter at the beginning of the season because of experience and because he had played so well.
Winning will be a tall task against a Temple team that is not only in the midst of the greatest one-year turnaround in college football this season, but is also one of the hottest teams in the FBS with a nine-game winning streak.

Kind of off topic but my brother is in first place in the college football challenge for the MAC conference on ESPN.
