Muller, Forlan, Villa, Sneijder all at 5
The two in the finals got the edge because obviously they still have a game to play.
The odds I got may have been set last night though (didn't look that close), so at that point Forlan and Muller were still at 4.

So, what happens if the two in the finals don't score a goal and there is a 4 way tie with 5 goals?

Unoficially from wikipedia
Since 1994, if there is more than one player with the same amount of goals, the tie-breaker goes to the player who has contributed the most assists (with the FIFA Technical Study Group deciding whether an assist is to be counted as such). If there is still more than one player, the tie-breaker goes to the player who has played the least amount of time.

Yeah, I've already got all my cash on other bets. I'm hoping for the Reds to come through for me tonight so I can bet on this.

There is a difference between the boot (most goals) and the ball (best player), if that's what you meant.

Good point. I saw Muller had more assists, and didn't even put two and two together.
