I assume this means Bosh got more money, which means less cap room for Miami?

I don't know. Either he is and they aren't getting somebody, or somebody else took even less money. Can a player sign a 6 year contract even though it's not the max?

The Heat have nothing left to offer the Cavs. The Cavs will tell Lebron to stick it and take the cap room.
