Exactly why I hate the Yankees and dont really care for baseball in general anymore. Its seriously a joke that certain teams can get whoever the fuck they want. What is this Ken Griffey Jr's major league baseball for N64? And dont give me that bullshit how "the yankees help pay for other teams with revenue sharing" the point is they feel they have to get whoever they can. rant over lol

KGJ had a game on the N64? I loved his game on the SNES but I never played a N64 version.

I do not like this move. Our pitching is good enough right now, we should have waited till the off season and signed him as a FA instead of giving up a prospect.

haha, come on stop being so naive. How do you think all of those owners bought the big league clubs in the first place? IOUs? Why do rich guys keep buying teams? If those teams are so poor why does somebody always own the A's or Rays or Indians? The facts are this, owners make plenty of money. They could afford to re-sign anybody if they wanted to. Big league players are small potatoes in comparison. Certain owners just won't cough it up

Man, a 4 man rotation of Lee/Sabathia/Hughes/Pettite is tough. They have a combined record of 40-10 so far this season.

Well, now it's apparently down to the Reds and Rangers. I'm guessing those teams won't be hated or criticized for trying to acquire Lee.

Supposedly the M's were skeptical of the health of one of the minor league guys coming from NY, that's why they shot down the deal.
This is a HUGE (obviously) pick up for the Rangers.
