But the man making the claim isn't some schmuck -- dude is a Princeton graduate ... who earned a law degree from the University of Chicago ... and then became a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
When I saw the headline my initial thought was along the lines of "oh boy I can't wait to see what turn-up truck the guy making the claims fell off" as typically people who do stuff like this so long after the fact are off their rocker. This dude seems to have to together though and isn't exactly a bum off the street, but it all still seems a little improbable.

Ssshhh... Lebron still thinks his father died of dehydration in the Sahara desert. Little does he know his father changed his name to Roberto because he thought it sounded more exotic.

The court document is long but has some funny quotes such as this
At my apartment, Defendant Gloria James continued small talk about various minor matters in Akron. I did not listen to any of this and simply smiled.
