When I was a kid, it seemed like all that was advertised was products, toys, cereals, etc. Lately I feel like a good 60% of commercials are advertising completely ridiculous things that I would never want, need, or use. Yes, obviously there are people out there that do benefit from these commercials, but it just seems like WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE PRODUCTS?!!?

You can save more money by switching your insurance to us! Ignore the fact that the competitor said the same exact thing!

I just find it annoying. I mean how many times are you REALLY going to switch insurance? Advertise some food or something, I'm ALWAYS eating!

I voted for Debt Relief. Those commericals are god-awful to watch. Most of the time I am not home during the day to watch TV, but on the few occasions I have I really could not stand to watch the commericals. Bascially they are marketed to people with an IQ under 80. Now that I think about it, they all do.

There are a lot of commercials I hate, but the one I detest the most is Progressive Insurance. I can't stand looking at that ugly bitch. I see her stupid face every time I turn on TV, and I see her constantly online, including on this particular blog. I wish she would take a long walk off a short pier.

Geico commercials beat basically everything else listed plus the other car insurance companies combined in terms of annoyance.

Their track record is impressive... they have had how many different types of ads over the years now, and they consistently stay stupid and annoying.

I know it is not TV, but how many other people in Central Ohio are annoyed at the stupid 3-C Body Shop radio ads. That Jade Juniper drives me insane. That little girl probably thinks she owns her dad's company already and bosses the workers around.

I like people that just read the title of a thread and post without reading the original post. This is a commercial for a retail office supply store, are you saying thats your least favorite type of commercial or do you lack reading comprehension skills?

I hate the Miller Lite commercial with the bitch bartender who asks the dudes if they care how their beer tastes, and then proceeds to tell them when they're ready to take off their skirt, purse etc. to let her know and she'll get them a "real beer" i.e. miller lite.

3 things:
1. Shut the fuck up about you're beer being better tasting. I don't drink beer for the taste. I drink it to get drunk. If I drank it for the taste, I wouldn't be drinking a Miller Lite that's for sure.
2. Bitch, shut the fuck up and bring me a beer. And while you're at it, your smart mouth just earned you sammich makin' duty the rest of the night. Extra mustard. NOW.
3. It's BEER. You don't need a story line in a beer commercial. Your commercial should go like this...picture of the miller lite bottle, stating the facts about the beer, and then tell us how much it is. Having a story line for a beer commerical is like having a storyling for porn. It's pointless and laughable at best.

I hate all beer commercials...not just Miller Lite.

I forget what comedian said it, but someone talked about how stupid it is that companies advertise how cold their beer is. That's up to the consumer.

Oh god, how cheesy are those commercials against Gov. Strickland? It makes me wanna throw something at the TV, and I could give a shit about Ted Strickland! They say we lost jobs while he was in office.....EVERYONE LOST JOBS WHILE HE WAS IN OFFICE, THERES A FUCKING RECESSION. Jesus....and people fall for these political ads.

First thing I thought of when I saw this thread was the fat girl dancing for the Safe Auto. Who just says "Oh Crap!!!!!!!" in a car insurance commercial?

A close second would be all of the Tim Misny commercials in northern Ohio.
