Had to go against my Pirates here. Moyer's a crafty pitcher who uses guile rather than stuff to win. Pittsburgh falls right into his web, as they'll swing at anything.

I just felt like spending some of my points, I mean I still have 20,000... lol
I felt like the 2 sacs was a great long shot to take, and I figured Moyer would actually get run support.

I'll be damned! I was wrong!! BOSS Ohlendorf showed the form he was getting at late last year and the offense did just enough.
Pirates are 4-1 in their past five. The schedule's finally doing them favors. Getting three at Chicago after Z's suspension ordeal. The Cubs seem to be in shut-down mode right now. And now hosting Philly for four after Utley goes on the DL. Their offense has been impotent for two games...and our pitchers coming up (Maholm, Karstens) have been our closest to remotely consistent so far this year.
Since I said something positive about them, they likely will lose the next two, but it's nice to see something resembling success here and there!

My bad. I was high as shit and didn't realize that dead bets were being closed. And in the past, I had closed at least one thread inadvertently while inebriated. It's closed now!
