I'm going with Texas, their schedule was pretty light this year (not their fault the Big 12 isn't that great this year) but Bama/FLA have both shown more holes than Texas, particularly Bama. Bama could have (should have?) easily lost against Tennessee and the LSU game was SEC football at its most unimpressive.
