Brian Kelly would be a natural fit since Notre Dame historically recruits Cincinnati very well already.

I can see the "other" being loaded with Brian Kelly comments, from what I understand he isn't interested, but who knows?

It doesn't matter what he says. If Notre Dame came by with a fat check he's gone. He's much more likely to leave his current situation than Stoops is.

I thought Kelley wasn't interested about the UC job right before his bowl game with the former team. He then bolted soon after.

Meyer or Stoops would be crazy to leave. Harbaugh or Kelly would be far more likely, and both definitely bring some intrigue to the position.

The rumor i heard is Meyer will go if his wife lets him. gruden will not go after signing to announce a few more years and talking about getting to see his kids play high shcool football.

It will be Meyer after he wins the National Title with Florida. Nothing else there to prove in Florida...National titles, coach of the year, heisman winner.

MOST coaches enjoy a challenge and re-building Notre Dame could be that challenge for Meyer, he is a catholic who was an assistant coach there.

Who knows what will happen, but FWIW UC just landed 4 star WR Dyjuan Lewis. Word was he would not commit to UC unless he was sure BK was staying. I listened to Kelly's radio show on Thursday and to me he does not appear to want the ND job. He talked about not wanting to put his family through the scrutiny and how he relishes building the program at UC.

Like I said, who knows what will happen, but the way the chips are falling it looks better and better that BK is going nowhere at this time.

I want them to target Meyer, but it may be a long shot. The most realistic option that I really like is Harbaugh.
