Maybe they should have thought twice when they let their arrogant AD make the comments he did after the initial penalties came out.
And maybe if they canned their arrogant AD...they might have some hope to get things reduced.
As of right now, after all those comments...this appeal will get laughed at...as it should be.

What takes so long? I read the NCAA won't get back to them until Spring.

Considering the death penalty was a real possibility, they need to STFU. It was a four year investigation for crying out loud, now they basically want the sanctions to be half of what they are currently. The arrogance continues.

I understand they got what's coming to them, but ANY school in their position is going to appeal. It can only help them (the worst thing that happens is nothing, so there's nothing to lose)

As long as USC smacks Notre Dame in the mouth all will be good as far as it goes for the way I think about USC football.
