Do people bail on you at the last minute and you have to scramble to find someone who is willing play?
It seems to happen every year, this year it's two people and never does anyone give the respect of a phone call until late and I have to scramble for another person or two.

I have filled team owner positions every year and at least one is a dumbass and has no clue. One year we picked up two dudes, the one drafted Tim Couch in the first round of his rookie year and the other drafted a deceased Fred Lane followed by an incarcerated Ray Carruth.

A simple phone call early would lower the odds of the potential fantasy dumbass.
