WASHINGTON – Are the toys in your child's Happy Meal making him fat?

The Center for Science in the Public Interest says they are. The Washington-based consumer advocacy group threatened to file a lawsuit against McDonald's Tuesday, charging that the fast food chain "unfairly and deceptively" markets the toys to children.


Christ people you're the adult, it's up to you what your freaking kid eats not the damn kid. I am so sick of people wanting to sue everyone because they can't be responsible.

It isn't like 6 year olds can drive a car to Mc D's and go buy a happy meal. This is dumb as hell.

More and more parents find it very hard to tell their kids "no" and then deal with crying, fit throwing or their kids being "mad" at them.

My parents had a way to fix that. It had a metal buckle, about six holes in it, and was made of leather. Oh wait I forgot, that's not politically correct anymore...so let's get them hugely obese by the age of 12, so they can die at 30. That's a much better fate than smacking their ass and actually making them behave. Go America.

McDonald's should start a lawsuit against parents who can't tell their kids no or control what they eat. It's not their fault!

haha I know right? I had my ass smacked so many times when I was little it's amazing that I made it to adulthood without being a miscreant. I wasn't psychologically damaged because of it and didn't grow up lazy/fat/health conditions.
I probably had fast food less than 10xs growing up lawl, how did I ever make it?? lol
