Well a couple weeks ago, I started a thread that my doctor found a tumor. Last Wednesday I had it removed and today I went and found out the results.
Bad News- It was Cancer
Good News- We caught it early, it is a low grade tumor and he was able to remove the whole tumor so as of right now I am cancer free.
It can reoccur but is roughly around 5% chance of that happening.
As corny as it sounds, I do feel like I am getting a 2nd chance to just be an overall better person. I feel great about the news. I do need to be monitored frequently for the next two years but as time passes, the chance for it coming back get even smaller.
So thanks to those that gave their best wishes or prayers.
