Has anyone every done the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge, or know anyone who has? I have a friend who did it and lost 15 pounds and I recently found out that someone else I know lost 38 pounds doing the challenge. I'm a bigger guy who could stand to lose a few pounds, so I'm thinking about doing this. Anyone done it or know someone who did and have any info on it?

I haven't done it but I know 3-4 people that have and they have all lost a good amount of pounds. I just signed up as a distributor last week and I am using a lot of the Advocare products. I love the stuff. If you decide to take the challenge, you can order it from me.

Okay...I found the website and am even more confused. $128 for 24 days?
What is it? Send me some info slcoach. I may be interested if there is some good guarantee for weight loss for $128.

Anyone who is looking to drop LB's should check out www.visalus.com. If you have an extra 50 bones a month to throw around it is working pretty good for me.

First of all it sounds too good to be true; second, 15 & 38 lbs in 24 days is not healthy. I can's see something like this lasting longer than a few weeks before you put the weight back on and you have to buy another $128 worth of product. I suggest sticking with a proven product, P90X. It may not be easy, but it works!

Ok here's the deal. The challenge starts with a 10 day cleanse. While I haven't done the whole 24 days, I have done the Cleanse twice. The first time I lost 9 lbs. and the second time I lost 8. The cleanse was awesome. I basically "cleaned me out". After I was done with both cleanses, I felt fuller quicker and the other supplements I was taking seemed to work better.
The 24 day challenge is not something to do over and over. It is a great way to kick start your weight loss and a way for some quick results. I haven't had anyone that wasn't happy with their results after the 24 days. You can get a few videos and stuff at www.advocaretraining.com. There is a 24 day challenge link at the top of that screen.
Any other questions you guys may have, just ask and I'll get you whatever info you need.
