I know its the same as the old software. I have 0 messages but like 5 people I just tried to message bounced back because they are full.

That's b/c when the software was changed..for some reason..everyone had every pm ever sent to them show back up in their inbox that was deleted before. So there inbox is probably full and they don't even know it.
