Has anyone used this site to upgrade their phone? I'm just trying to gather some info before I pull the trigger because I don't want to get fucked.
Upgrading from Sprint will cost me 199.99. Wirefly...179.99.
When I upgrade through Wirefly I have to select what plan I'm on. Currently I'm at 450 min, unlimited date for 69.99, but I have it discounted so its around $55. I don't want to go through this upgrade and then my bill is back to its normal price. Just wondering if anyone has used it and its legit.

I have used Let's Talk before and never had any trouble. I heard as long as you don't cancel your contract with in a few months you have nothing to worry about. When I used Lets Talk I did cancel my contract but it was over 12 months.

I bought a phone from them when I was with Tmobile and had zero problems. The work discount is an easy fix....just contact your local sprint store that handles billing....they will make sure it is on there.
And FYI, if you go through bing.com, sometimes you can get a nice cashback from them.
Edit: looks like you can get $50 cashback through them....all you need is a paypal account I think. Bing is the bomb.

I used Wirefly on my last Sprint phone purchase which is my current Blackberry Curve. They were $100 cheaper than Best Buy and $150 cheaper than Sprint. No brainer.

So here's my wirefly story. I ordered a phone through them (I'm on sprint as well). The next day, my car breaks down and I needed the money that I thought I had to upgrade my phone, to fix my car. So I called wirefly's customer service because it said they hadn't shipped the phone yet, and the money had not been taken out of my bank account yet. They are very nice, and very helpful, but they are also VERY INDIAN. Not Native American, like eastern hemisphere Indian. They were very nice, and helpful in the end (they cancelled my order and assured me that I wouldn't be charged since the phone hadn't even shipped yet) but it took damn near 90 mins for us to reach a common understanding of what was going on. They seem like a legit company, just pray you don't have to talk to their customer service. They are very nice and will help you, if you can understand them lol.

I called them a few months ago and it was an American lady.

I'm not really concerned with their customer service. I just don't want to upgrade and my discount be wiped out. $55/month for my plan is a steal!
