What race/event are you most excited for? Who will or should double? What will it take to qualify in each event?

I'm really excited to see the boys 1600. It is a very deep field. I'm curious to see who drops or doubles. I think it will take sub 4:24 just to get out this year. Last year it was 4:27.

CC- Will Klimkowski just run the 3200? Do you expect her to win?

Do you think the heat will be a big factor? It usually is the week of Regionals and State. Think runners will opt out of doubling?

Tipp wins 4x8! I knew they could do it. We did bad at Districts last year too and had a strong showing at Regionals. I think the main reason is because the seniors got out last Friday and had a lot on their minds.

Strong showing by the SW District getting the top 3 places!

Said - Junior got a text from one of your boys and said they got DQ'd for a uniform violation. I think she said they finished out of the top ten.

I started reading from the bottom. I wondered why the times were slower at regionals then districts in the 3200m. Then I got to the 1600m and realized why.

Hix and Prakel were fun to watch. I cant believe that Prakel ran the 3200. Seems like alot for a freshman in that heat.
I wonder if he will double next weekend. (edit) Actually he'd be in three events? Didn't their relay team make it also?
