Dallas Braden has a perfect game through 7 innings against the powerhouse offense of Tampa Bay. I guess ARod will know who this guy is soon enough ... PS, I benched him on my fantasy team, and this is absolutely killing me right now.

Can't believe I benched him in Fantasy! ughhh, I lost ERA this week 3.95 to 4.20 ... this would have won it for me!

Jim Bunning had a no hitter on Fathers Day in 1964, and now Braden gets one on Mothers Day.

I believe that they had said on ESPN that his mother died during his teenage years due to melanoma.Glory Days wrote: i wonder if his mom was there, he is from that area they said.

Speaking of which, I dare someone to watch this video of Braden embracing his grandmother and not tear up a little bit.

This is the video of the final out, the part with his grandmother is near the end.
