Dragic just went off on SAS in the 4th quarter, dropping 20 on them.

Not being a troll, but look at the path LAL has to go through.

Oh I know. I thought we were going to have another physical, tough route to the Finals. Good thing Denver and Portland both choked.devil1197 wrote: Not being a troll, but look at the path LAL has to go through.

As an unbiased observer, one has to root for the Suns.
They play as a TEAM and with all the bad luck they have had over the years, I really hope they make it out of the West.
Dragic was nuts tonight too. Won the game single-handedly.

I actually think the Suns would give LA more fits than Denver/Dallas
Phoenix has the scoring to keep up with LA, they have a good bench, they have good post play, they have great 3 point shooting, and they have actually played solid defense this postseason...
Under Mike "NO D"antoni, they never played defense and often times threw away possessions on offense.

Yeah, I wouldn't count it a guaranteed win having the Suns in the West finals. It seems they have a cohesiveness this year that they hadn't had in the past that could make them a tough out. I think the Lakers will beat them, but it will go 6-7 games. Especially if Nash enters the series with a "This might be my last truly good shot at winning a title" mentality.

The thing is, Nash would own Derek Fisher...
That in itself already puts the Lakers in a hole, because Nash is a maestro with the ball.
Amar'e would also destroy Gasol or Bynum on offense. Though, Gasol would return the favor on the other side.

It is crazy how easy this is all laying out for LA. I thought the West would be tough, but LA is getting some great matchups.

If guys like Richardson, Dudley, and Frye keep playing at the level they have been lately, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Suns beat the Lakers. The Suns bench will be a key in that series.

If the Lakers have to play the Suns, they are going to the Championship game, and you can take that to the bank.

They didn't.
Phoenix impressed me, sweeping a veteran team with winning experience like the Spurs. You'd think they'd win at least one.
