I'm trying not to get too excited, as I have a feeling this will be without either Roger Waters or David Gilmour.

Considering that Richard Wright died a couple of years ago... this should be interesting.

The guitar beats the hell out of the singer/songwriter. I'm sorry, but I'd skip this tour.

This. Neither were ever the same w/out the other. Floyd probably could have existed w/out Gilmour and not vice versa, but I can't say I'd rather have Waters than Gilmour when talking about a Pink Floyd reunion, b/c it's not Pink Floyd. Obviously they could find someone to sound pretty damn close to Gilmour but it's still not PF. Pretty lame to call this a PF reunion.

Was anyone else at the Pink Floyd concert at Ohio Stadium in 1994? Man, what a show. Granted, in my state that evening, everything around me was quite entertaining haha

I'll sell my left nut to be there if that's what it takes.

To you old guys, it might not be the same without Gilmour, but for us young guys that never got the chance to see the original and are fans--if this is as good as it can get then I'm fine with that. Better than never having a chance to see it live.

I was there, though I don't remember much. Great times, fuckin' great times.

Waters did this same tour a couple years ago. It is not a Pink Floyd concert in case anyone is confused, as Gilmour owns the legal rights to the name and he will drop dead before he steps foot on stage with Roger again.

Roger puts on a great show and plays the Floyd stuff pretty much note for note. It's as close to the real thing as you're going to get at this point.

...to see Pink Floyd w/out David Gilmour would be like seeing Led Zep without Jimmy Page....IMO.
Add to it the vocals and key board of Richard Wright are no longer there, I'd pass on seeing them.

RIP R.W.

I've had my tickets since last week. No Gilmour, he has stated many times he has laid Pink Floyd to rest. We may get an occasional Nick Mason, but no one knows where and when, or even if he will come...

Really? Waters toured The Wall a few years ago? He toured Darkside of the Moon, but not The Wall.

The Darkside tour was pretty good, I had floor seats for it, I am hoping that the wall is even better, 2 floor seats for the wall was going to cost me $440, it was in the first 6 rows but I still couldnt put that much money on a concert
