...Sorry guys, I usually don't go on the pro sports forums so I didn't see it. If Justin or another mod wants to delete this thread, it's fine with me.

I think it's fine being here. Lawrence Taylor is not a pro athlete anymore and this is not a pro sports story.

This is SERIOUS BUSINESS... don't think this minor league material will fly around here. Your account will promptly be terminated and any hints of your existence eliminated.

Honestly, if this is true that a 51 year old hall of famer resorted to raping a 15 year old he should be castrated, have all of his limbs cut off, and then a 9mm placed to his skull.

I think LT's attorney should raise the dysleixa defense. LOL!

Many receivers and QB's have thought the same thing during and after a game... I would hope this is not true of a 15 yr old.

I just saw him on some show talking about being sober. Guess he can't blame that one on being hammered.

Say it ain't so LT!!! If he did this, it would obviously be atrocious, etc. But here is my problem:

Ramapo Detective Lt. Brad Weidel said the former New York Giants linebacker had not been formally charged, but that police were investigating a reported rape that occurred earlier Thursday at a hotel in Montebello.

Granted, I am a Giants fan so maybe I am a bit biased. But here is another example of a guy getting crucified, yet there isn't enough evidence to even charge the guy. Not saying he is innocent, I have no clue, I just wish the media would only report on shit like this after charges have been filed. It's getting to the point where everytime some anonymous person points a finger at someone in the public's eye, the media has a field day.

BAB--The media is a joke all around, what do you expect?

Look no further than the current "elbowgate" business right now.

Here's something that strikes me as odd: the girl was allegedly taken to LT's hotel against her will, was sexually assaulted, then texted her uncle that LT committed the crime. Do most 16 year old girls know who LT is? And if he was about to pay money for sex, would he tell this random girl he was Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor? Again, not saying he is innocent, this just doesn't seem to add up.

The first one I was being more serious about. But come on, the rape of a 15 year old girl really isn't something to joke around about.
